Who is a Good Canditate?
Each member of your family should be coming in for regular cleanings and examinations. In fact, we recommend that patients come to us once every six months so that we can examine your teeth and provide you with a professional cleaning. If you are a parent, it’s never too early to bring your children for their first dental appointment. Even if it’s been a while since your last visit, you can, and should, begin to seek treatment for your oral health.

What Happens During The Process?
The appointment normally begins with a cleaning that is performed by a licensed hygienist. The hygienist carefully removes any tartar from the teeth before flossing and polishing. Once this is done, the gums are checked for any and all signs of gum disease. The doctor then comes in and performs an examination to check for cavities, issues with restorations, and even oral cancer. The entire appointment should take less than an hour in our office.
